Can you help me with sizing?

  • All of our items are unisex. We recommend ordering your normal size for a classic fit, or one size up for a slightly oversized fit.
  • You can find specific guides listed with each product.

How do I care for my shirt?

  • Please wash your tee before you wear it. We recommend washing on cold with a mild detergent before the first wear to prevent discoloration.
  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, on gentle cycle with mild detergent and like-colors to keep your apparel looking great through future cycles! Lay flat to dry.
  • If you notice a slight new shirt smell-don't worry! That comes from a special solution used in the printing process called pre-treatment and will disappear after the first wash.
  • All inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. Some slight shade variations are possible.
  • If you must iron- please do not iron over the design.

What is your return policy?

  • At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • If you are sent the wrong item or size, please email us at shopshilohblake@gmail.com so we can fix this for you.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Not at this time, unfortunately.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Pre-orders will generally take 2-3 weeks to fulfill and arrive to us. Items will ship 3-5 business days following fulfillment. You can typically expect a 4-5 week turnaround from the pre-order close date. 
  • Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If for some reason a longer fulfillment time is necessary, this will be noted in the listing.

My order says shipped but tracking has not updated- what should I do?

  • Shipping labels are often printed and prepared before your item ships. You will receive an email once your item's shipping label has been printed. Tracking will be available once your item has been scanned at a USPS location.
  • At times, USPS might miss a scan along the way as they work to get your package to you. It should not delay the delivery of your item(s). If you have tracking concerns once your item has started moving, please contact USPS.
